If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
In most cases, we offer an exchange to resolve the issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved through exchange, we may offer a return and refund after reviewing the request.
All return or refund requests must have a valid and genuine reason.
Requests without a clear issue may not be accepted.
To initiate a request, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and a clear explanation (images may be required).
KULT reserves the right to review and approve all exchange and refund requests to ensure a fair process.
